Faith E. Miros


Faith E. Miros graduated from Wesleyan University in 2002 and received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2005. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Miros has experience in both transactional law and litigation. Prior to joining the Aibara Reed Law Group, she worked for a civil litigation firm, was counsel to a title insurance company and practiced in the area of foreclosure at an established foreclosure firm.

Currently, Ms. Miros advises in all areas of law administered by the firm, with a focus on the following:

  • Real Estate: Ms. Miros has extensive knowledge in acquisitions, dispositions, lending and distressed properties. She represents individuals, entities and lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Wills, Trusts & Estates: Ms. Miros represents clients in estate planning and administration. She strategically protects clients’ assets and provides for the disposition of clients’ assets in the most cost-effective and efficient fashion.
  • Personal Injury: Ms. Miros has experience representing individuals in cases involving automobile negligence, premises liability, construction defects, products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, toxic exposure and discrimination.
